Sunset Riders: Defeating Sir Richard Rose On All Modes

Length: 04:09
Rating: 0 / 5 (out of 0 votes)

This video shows footage of the final Sunset Riders boss (Sir Richard Rose) being defeated on Easy, Normal, and Hard mode with no player deaths. Aside save states, no method of game enhancement is used. This is the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version of the game (released March 3, 1993). It was initially released for the Arcade on September 4, 1991 and officially ported for the last time to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System on August 6, 1993. Since Sega required that the game be reprogrammed in order for it to work well on their Mega Drive/Genesis system, many features were both added and removed from the game. Because of the reprogramming, Sir Richard Rose is unable to use his heel attack when a player is nearby and only four henchmen appear at the beginning of the battle. When a player sprite overlaps Rose, it becomes very difficult for Rose to hit the player. Note: These playing tactics will not work on either the Arcade or the SNES version.Legal Information:This video was created for informational purposes only. I do not claim any rights to the game in question other than the ownership of a purchased hard copy. This game was licensed by the Sega Corporation and is copyrighted 1992 by the Konami Corporation.
