The original video I put up for this was quite rough as I used the PSP camera to film it. Hopefully this time around should be better as I used a proper camera as well as a tripod to film this. Here is the Wahcade emulator frontend running on Yellow Dog Linux 6.0 for the PS3. Both my controllers are connected by Bluetooth, emulators are stored on the PS3 but all the actual ROM images are stored on my computer and used over the network through Samba/Windows File Sharing.Wahcade has the ability to show video previews of your games which I don't currently have working. For information on how to do this yourself, check out the Yellow Dog Linux message board (http://www.yellowdog-board.com) as well as the PS3 Bodega (http://blogs.ydl.net/billb/).
